Adam Tarshis founded Mozza Foods in 2018 after two decades in software engineering building PDG Consulting from the ground up with 80 engineers across Los Angeles and Mumbai.

At Mozza, the leverage point is casein.

The problem is a supply chain that depends entirely on cows. The answer is a protein grown in soybeans, using infrastructure that already exists at global scale.
